In the afternoons, Henry and I get out and explore and play!
It helps the long afternoons pass by- and I truly believe he learns more when we're out and about.
It's also nice because we catch up with friends and family.
Monday we went to the play place at the mall. Henry's favorite part is the other kids. He watches them and gives them hugs if he can get close enough.
Tuesday we visited Jenny and June and Trudy.
Wednesday we went swimming with Stephanie and Gracie and Ruby and Owen.
Thursday (today) we went to Shake Shack with Nona and Abuelito and then played in our kiddie pool outside. Henry also helps me weed the garden in between dips in the pool. I'm serious. He's starting to realize what I'm doing and picks leaves off of the weeds and puts them in the big orange weed bucket.
Shake Shack seriousness:
Tomorrow we are going to Hobby Lobby for birthday party supplies!
And then swimming some more!
